A grounding meditation to support you when feeling overwhelmed
Are you finding yourself spinning from what seems like a never ending to do list and or feelings of overwhelm? I have found that pausing with my breath, connecting with my body, and coming into a state of coherence helps me reconnect with myself and strengthens my vagus nerve. I don't know about you but I need to be intentional about putting me on the list! When our nervous systems are regulated we feel better and our world is easier to navigate.
