I offer Interactive Explorations, workshops on Nervous System Tending, Sound Healing, Self-Care, Power of Intention, Conscious Living, and Mindfulness Meditation for individual participation, organizations and businesses. I also teach all levels of Reiki and offer weekend immersions.
